As an Administrative Assistant, support a >100 R&D team in their business, technology & product development programs and activities.
You are responsible for
Support Line manager for business meeting schedule and arrangement, maintain line manager’s calendar, host the staff meeting and make minutes and track the actions.
Support Managers for Business travel ( visa, transportation & accommodations)
Support expat employee’s document forrelocation, work permit, residence permit,etc.
Support for Regular office admin works (office stationary, apply office IT setup to employees)
Help with managers & department payment and allowance claim.
Support BU visitors for logistic arrangement and invitation letters
Support for Department & Staff club activities, team buildings,
Handle with vendor’s invoices, like hotel, stationery,etc.)
Other task assigned by manager. You are a part of A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the Head of MR Value Segment , with Cross functional team as your key stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience In return, we offer you
Bachelor degree or above major in English, International trade or Business management;
Minimum 2 years similar working experience in foreign-funded enterprise;
Be Familiar with Microsoft office software
Be well-organized, motivated and reliable
