In this role, you have the opportunity to
Develop Verification Plan for High power invertor
Perform verification testing & track product problem
Develop Verification Report for medical product
Develop/Perform reliability test plan and protocols
Use six sigma method to drive product quality improvement.
Perform EMC test and coordinator for MR Suzhou EMC test
You are responsible for
Develop Verification Plan (include but not limited to: )
Review product requirement specification and clearly understand each requirement in requirement specification documentation
Estimate resource (manpower and capital) requirement for certain amount of verification work
Understand the analysis of hazardous impact of medical product to different personnel (patient, operator, etc...)
Develop test case per each requirement in requirement specification documentation
Schedule test case review meeting with relevant parties
Perform verification testing & track product problem (include but not limited to: )
Setup test environment per Verification Plan
Execute each test case on test bays/HTM
Log defect to defect management tool
Update test cases’ execution result to test case management tool
Attend defect review meeting and join team to analyze defect impacts to test deliverables
Develop Verification Report (include but not limited to: )
Draft verification report
Schedule verification report review meeting with relevant parties
Get verification report approved in Agile system
Develop/Perform reliability test plan and protocols (include but not limited to: )
Setup test environment per reliability plan
Develop reliability protocol
Maintain test script which are required for verification/reliability test
Execute reliability and generate reliability report
Develop/Perform EMC test plan and protocols for MR component and system.
You are a part of
A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the Manager, MRI R&D , with Cross functional team as your key stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or related field.
At least 2 years’ power electronics experience of R&D or testing.
Good experience of R&D or Test on Boost Converter/Buck Converter/3-Phase Inverter.
Those who have experience on the power electronics product of more than 10KW are preferable.
Be familiar with the generally used topologies and know well about the schemes for the main power circuit of the invertor.
Have Experience at PCB layout, EMC debugging, PCBA process and thermal analysis
Have knowledge on signal integrity is preferable
Have knowledge on design for Reliability is preferable
Have knowledge on six sigma is preferable Knowledge of the V-model development cycle Good knowledge of the English language (both written and verbal)
