In this role, you have the opportunity to
Perform day to day analyses of all service activities from installation through to billing ensuring system, process and data integrity using SAP, BW, and CCC system tools. The position will also be responsible for correlating the various reports into a comprehensive management report for the CS and MT management.
You are responsible for
Provide analysis of sales activities and marketing campaigns: marketing metrics for identifying effect-cause relationships between financial outcomes and marketing actions to raise profitability.
Work with Product Management for identifying modern marketing opportunities and working with customers in completing concept testing.
Build marketing dashboards, which visualizes fundamental performance indicator
Complete competitive analysis for maintaining the company competitor advantages.
Manage market segmentation, positioning exercises, targeting as required.
Conduct industry analysis: Technological, Social, Political and Economic.
Provide daily snapshot carry away excel spreadsheets and reports.
Other management ad hoc support.
You are a part of
CS team and report to Operation & Optimization Manager.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, math or economy is preferred
2 years work experience customer service department in healthcare industry; ever lead project with data analysis
SAP experience; strong ERP experience and computer literacy especially in Excel
Ability to compile and present comprehensive reports
Fluent and proficient in both oral and written English
Six sigma knowledge is preferred
