In this role, you have the opportunity to

Responsible for MR system and key component verification activities, including verification plan, execution and report. Align and coordinate verification activities with global and cross-functional teams. Drive for functional excellence, process management and improvement, and build up customer and quality centric product development mindset in the organization.

You are responsible for

  • Lead the team to develop verification plan and verification specifications, perform verification tests and complete verification reports for MR key components;

  • Work closely with the system verification team and global experts and build up the team competency on MR key hardware development;

  • Work closely with design team and participate in trouble shooting and defect resolution;

  • Drive functional excellence on design for quality and reliability;

  • Build up customer and quality centric product development mindset;

  • Continue to improve the process with lean methodology;

  • Delivery on commitments – time, quality;

  • Develop team and engineers, continue to grow competence and experience/expertise;

You are a part of

A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the Director , MRI R&D , with Cross functional team as your key stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Proven leadership in a cross-function team environment, ability to influence indirect resources globally;

  • Proven ability in verification and testing leadership positions

  • Engineering degree in Electrical/Physics/Software/Mechanical, advanced degrees preferred;

  • 8+ years of intensive experience in several engineering areas and systems, substantial experience in medical devices- preferred;

  • Strong knowledge on DFSS;

  • Strong mindset on product quality control;

  • Strong people management skills;

  • Good communication and conflict resolution skills

  • Good technical writing and presentation skills, fluency in English.
