In this role, you have the opportunity to
Providing overall support in HR matters during the employee life-cycle including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, payroll, training, the exit process and general HR administration.
You are responsible for
Liaise with functional CoE including Rewards, Learning and training, Talent Acquisition, employee relation team to be familiar with all related HR Policy and Process
Assist Team leader to drive teams excellence and quality
Drive the communication with BHRs, employee and Line Manger as the first point of line to provide most updated HR policy information and collect their feedback to improve
Assist with HR projects as required at country, China, Japan and HK.
Respond to general queries in a prompt and professional manner.
Ensure confidentiality of all A&P related information. Ensure that all sensitive information is locked away and that a password-protected screen-saver used on the computerKeep up to date on new legislation
Other tasks assigned by contact center lead.
You are a part of
The position reports hierarchically and functionally to the Contact Centre Team Lead.
The position is part of the PPS Center Contact Center Team.
The Contact Center Advisor reports to the Contact Center Team lead.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner
Demonstrated effectiveness when dealing with unsatisfied customers.
Effective listening and communication skills
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Ability to answer queries on own initiative by effective use and interpretation of relevant data /available information
Able to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales
Ability to work as part of a team
Graduate with Bachelor or equivalent degree
Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies
Solid HR generalist experiences
A good team leader and player.
Japanese or Cantonese speaking will be plus
Understand SAP system is plus
Personal integrity when handling confidential information
