In this role, you have the opportunity to
Enter and process all install base under warranty contract base on the installation reports and processed within the service level timeframes. Ensure that correct process and implementation of processes are followed to maintain the data integrity of the IB. To ensure that Engineering resources are assigned to install orders in an effective and timely manner during the assigned shift.
You are responsible for
Courteously answer and process customer install requests and produce install orders within the required service levels.
Follow IB upload workflow and escalation processes that ensure IB can uploaded successfully.
Good working knowledge of SAP to raise install orders for install requests and ensure they are all under the warranty contract base on the installation reports.
Create IB and warranty contract and relative activities with high accuracy within the committed time.
Follow workflow and escalation processes that ensure the IB and warranty contract for corrective and preventative maintenance a timely and correctly.
Prepare working documentation and analysis report which the business required.
Other ad-hoc job which assigned by manager should be completed with accuracy in time.
You are a part of
This role requires the communication with internal team members such as contract admin and call center, and with external functions such as field engineer, ASP, logistic, SCM, Sales person and finance. This role requires strong communication skill and good team work.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University degree education background major in Business Administration, Accounting and Economy; English CET4+ At least 1 year of commercial operation experience, order management/ SAP experience preferred
Good Communications skills
Business sense of customer service
Be awareness of customer is first
Carefully and correctly working manner
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
Good English capability in reading, writing and speaking
Good team work
