Philips Planning Manager in Suzhou, China


In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;

You are responsible for

  • Demand planning for spare parts of Philips PH products which are used for service and ACC/CRP sales purpose

  • Inventory management for different locations (HYT, SPDC, HK DC, FSS, etc.)

  • Operational excellence of delivery performance, back order, obsolescence etc.

  • Manage purchasing team to drive supplier performance like lead time, supplier RILP, supplier CLIP, ETD accuracy, etc.

  • Corporate with technician to define service policy, support repair cost reduction

  • Corporate with help desk to communicate supply plan with countries, improve customer experience.

  • Corporate with Philips global parts team for process improvement and project involved.

  • Make decision of write off and scrapping for slow mover and no mover

  • Documentation and reporting like MBRM, ISO process, etc.

You are a part of

You will collaborate with many other teams including Logistics, Order Des etc.,

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 1015 years’ experience of demand planning, background of spare parts is preferred.

  • Good English, verbal and oral are very critical

  • Open mindset to adapt new situation, logical and rational

  • Bachelor degree at least, background of multinational company is preferred
