You are responsible for
Leading multi-disciplinary supply chain teams to introduce and transfer products and product enhancements from R&D to Operations globally.
Managing new products life cycle activities.
Leading manufacturing transfer projects within MRI supply chain organization.
Coordinating activities between the different Operations functions to meet project objectives (scope, quality, compliance, cost, timing)
Applying and developing Lean/Six Sigma, DFX (Design for Excellence)/ DFM (Design for Manufacturing) methodologies
You are a part of
You will be part of D&T Product Industrialization group and report to the BG Industrialization group. You will be dedicated to MR Industrialization.
You will be working closely with managers and teams from other functions like manufacturing, quality, supply chain, configuration management, sustaining engineering in conjunction with PMO and R&D, cross-functional project teams locally.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor/Master of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics) with 5 to 10 years experience in a global company with interactions between R&D and Operations.
Expertise in New Products Design Transfer from R&D to Operations and supply Chain
Experience in the High-tech industry, ideally Healthcare or other strict regulatory environments (e.g. Automotive)
Good knowledge of product realization process, global supply chain organization and industrial footprint.
Good social and communication skills
Autonomous to drive own actions
Results oriented and eager to learn.
