In this role you have the opportunity to

  • As a Senior Program Manager Magnetic Resonance Imaging you are executing MLD programs and PDLM projects for MR Systems. MR systems have a very high degree of technical complexity and are comprised of hardware, software and service components

  • As (Senior) Program Manager you are end-to-end responsible for the delivery of the program. You are acting via a cross-functional core team and project managers for parts of the program

  • You are using your communication skills to understand the requirements of business and system engineering in the scoping phase of the program and develop an integral plan

  • You can show that you are business minded and have a passion for the customer

  • You have a quality mindset and ensure that your system is designed to the highest quality standards

  • You can communicate across cultures in a global organization

  • In this role you can show your technical understanding as well as your business skills and you can connect both worlds

You are responsible for

  • Integrally managing the Productivity MLD program and selected component PDLM programs for Magnetic Resonance Imaging Suzhou

  • Leading a cross-functional program team comprising hardware, software, procurement, service and operations

  • Drive quality by design and track

  • Manage productivity KPIs, time, budget and scope for the program integrally and via project managers for parts of the productivity MPD program

  • Ensure implementation of the productivity improvements and component introduction in production and service

  • You are part of the team of program managers in the global Business Program Office in Magnetic Resonance Imaging

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences

  • An engineering or science university degree

  • Analytical skills and structural thinking

  • Interest in the Health tech industry, experience with ISO13485 and FDA design controls a plus

  • Experience in an international business environment

  • Demonstrated project or program management experience (PMP certification a plus) - 3 years experience

  • Green Belt or Black belt a plus (Design for Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma or Design for Reliability)

  • Communication skill and ability to engage and lead cross-functional teams
