Philips SSD Senior System Support Officer in Suzhou, China

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Maintain the user profile

  • Solve the system issue and error log clean up

  • Support system deployment and training

You are responsible for

  • Maintain the user profile for all of customer service system applications.

  • Support the development teams in deploying applications and solving problems.

  • Maintain the system application training materials and train to the users.

  • Monitor the system performance and solve the system issue.

  • Clean all of system interface error log daily.

  • Raise the system change request to global IT and tracking the implement.

  • Participate in the system UAT and Contributing to process development and best practice.

  • Looking at new ways to make sure the system running smoothly.

You are a part of

GBS HS CS Operation

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Education:

  • University degree education background major in computer/ IT

  • English CET-4 or above

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in a fast paced technology industry

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience

  • Macro design experience

Competency and Skills:

  • Familiar with SAP, IT Application

  • Positive attitude, hard work, self-motivated and ownership

  • Strong communication skills and good team work

  • Good communication in English (oral and writing)
