In this role, you have the opportunity to
work as Field Service Engineer with high focus on customer satisfaction.
We’d like to see a person skilled in analyzing a problem, solution driven and whom excel in taking ownership of any problem. It is a bonus if you are interested and skilled within the IT field. Server solutions and system communications are a growing part of the job and we’d like to see you contribute within this area as well.
You will be working mostly in the customer’s environment where the main focus will be on our systems within image guided therapy (devices and systems) and diagnostic X-Ray. More specifically the role will focus on products such as Allura, Azurion, FlexCardio and our new systems within DigitalDiagnost. Training to support other imaging systems might be required when needed.
You are responsible for
Executing service events and to follow relevant Philips quality standard policies
Completeness and accuracy of service records with particular attention to test & inspection results
Submitting timely and accurate service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, radiation film badges, field problem reports and other paperwork as assigned
Using company property with care to ensure optimal results with minimal operational costs
Using appropriate measurement equipment (electronic and analog) in calibration controlled cycle
Reporting customer feedback and following-up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner.
Serving as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.
Keeping an open and attentive eye out for business opportunities that will contribute to both customer satisfaction and gross margin.
You are part of
our northern Swedish regional team of 12 Field Service Engineers.
Your colleagues have different backgrounds, competencies and ages giving the mix a good team shall consist of.
In this position we see that Stockholm area would be a good starting point but willingness to travel is required.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Relevant educational background within medical/electrical engineering – or similar
3-5 years of relevant experience within field service preferably within a hospital environment
Good at identifying and maintaining customer relationships and related contacts
Independent and service-minded
Structured, organized mindset with a high level of personal integrity and self-discipline
Fluent in English and Swedish language
Driving license (Swedish B)
Willingness to travel
