As a key member of our Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) leadership team, this is your opportunity to flex your superior Marketing, Business Management and leadership experience, to directly influence the profitable and sustainable growth of a multi-million-dollar portfolio, consisting of market leading Medical Products and solutions. This is an exciting and pivotal role within our organization, with a chance to challenge the status quo and to break new grounds.
Leading the SRC Marketing, Technical and Clinical Teams, you’ll be responsible for delivering both immediate and longer term business objectives, through creation of the business strategy and plan, and the tactical execution of the plan across the portfolio, consisting of Direct and Indirect Channels. This will involve; aligning technical and clinical engagement, as well as sales support across all channels, direct and indirect, executing business strategy, managing profitability and reinforcing the Philips brand and value proposition.
Reporting to the General Manager for Sleep & Respiratory Care and leading a team of 5, you will be required to create a clear vision for the business and create engagement across the sales, customer Support and broader commercial organization, to support seamless interactions and maintaining a ‘’One Philips’’ experience for the customer.
We Are Looking For:
Business Qualifications such as an MBA or equivalent
Extensive Business / Marketing Management experience, including P&L Management, preferably from the Medical Device industry,
Experienced people leader, with demonstrated success in having lead high performing Product Management & Clinical teams
Experience / Knowledge of the Sleep & Respiratory Care space would be an advantage
Solid engagement and communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders and customers at all levels, within a matrix environment
Strong understanding of the sales organisation and sales function
Fluent in English, verbal and written.
