Your Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a junior engineer/ recent graduate to be part our Remote service team! This is a newly created role reporting to the Team Leader. We will provide training which will see you be responsible for diagnosing our healthcare equipment to support customers and colleagues remotely.

Furthermore, the responsibilities also include:

  • Working collaboratively with the wider organisation to provide exceptional service to our customers

  • Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support and diagnose health care equipment

  • Advise the customer support coordinators or field service engineers about required part and resources

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge through continual training and development of new technologies relevant to your area of focus and take on new technology

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor/Masters of Biomedical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer acquired in the last 2 years.

  • Excellent communicator, creative thinker and a team player with a passion to deliver business goals

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to take initiatives, build strong relationship and influencing skills

  • Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of technical complex systems

  • Have an active interest in joining the health care industry and have a passion for working with technical products

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Fluent in English – both verbal and written
