Your Opportunity

A brand new role for a Training and Retail Coordinator has arisen within our Personal Health business for an energetic and proactive individual to work our retail partners and internal stakeholders (Sales and Marketing teams). This is a broad and diverse role, which contributes to the overall operations and effectiveness of our retail team.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with sales and marketing to ensure all training documentation is kept up to date and reflects new/phase out products and communicated to applicable parties

  • Assist with the development of presentations and reporting to the wider business

  • Support events/training sessions including booking rooms, organising samples, packing pallets, logistics, calendar invitations, etc.

  • Assist our Territory Account Managers with requests- sample products, training information, etc.

  • Support Trade Marketing Manager with Point of Sales Marketing roll out/implementation plans and activation audits

  • Generate support materials as defined by Manager, which may include liaising with agencies, allocation plans, etc.

  • This role may involve travel to different states within Australia

We are looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification preferred with 2+ years working in sales, marketing or field sales/ merchandising role

  • Ideally some knowledge of Australian retail landscape

  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint + Excel

  • Written and verbal communication skills as will work closely with both sales and marketing
