The Sleepeasy and Hospital Manager is an exciting and interesting opportunity for an energetic, dedicated and innovative thinker who understands the challenges of the healthcare segment, direct to the patient channel, and continuity of our brand delivering the best patient compliance and therapy standards. As a Sleepeasy and Hospital Manager, you will be part of our SRC Management Team, reporting directly to the General Manager- SRC, based in our head office in North Ryde. Your key responsibilities include building a clear vision for the Sleepeasy and Hospital team, developing plans for the business and crafting execution strategies to drive growth and profitability while ensuring the right organizational structures and processes are in place and are in line with the national standards of patient compliance and operational integrity.
Our Sleepeasy and Hospital division is a highly regarded part of the business with historical and future growth on a yearly basis, therefore, superior teamwork skills are essential for this position. You will work with the GM-SRC to develop new business opportunities, team up with marketing team to create marketing and communications strategies and work with the Marketing Support Team who will drive execution – this includes branding and digital campaigns.
You will have proven stakeholder-influencing capabilities, as this role requires you to drive long-term relationships with the Key Opinion Leaders, a broad range of customers and Physicians across the SRC business. Furthermore, you will also require exceptional leadership skills that encompass coaching and mentoring style to motivate team members to achieve employee engagement and accomplish customer satisfaction, compliant clinical standards and successful accomplishment of pre-defined sales volume and profit goals.
We are looking for:
Ideally 8 + years in commercial sales experience (ideally in a healthcare setting, eg: medical/devices/diagnostics/pharmaceuticals)
Qualification - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong Commercial Acumen and experience in Sales in B2B or B2C environment
Validated people management experience with excellent relationship building and communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate solid organisational and time management skills to enable proven quality customer service and business efficiency.
Certified LEAN Basic (LEAN Advanced preferred)
