Key Account Manager - Health System Philippines

Key areas of Responsibility:

  • Develop and drive a credible and productive long-term relationship with customers to maximize the value of the short & long term business with the account for Philips based on the deep understanding of customers strategies and priorities, market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, legislation

  • Develop Account Strategy aligned with the Customer’s priorities, and drive key account customer Sales Plans in order to fulfill key account plan growth; fully leveraging the Business-Market Combination operating model while supporting product, solutions and services towards full portfolio standardization

  • Identify and establish strong professional relationships with new and existing healthcare business partners

  • Coordinate efficient approach to the customer, by working with Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain team members at account

  • Maintain and grow order intake, comparable sales and market share / share of wallet through:

  • Funnel Management via daily management methodology

  • Strategic account management

  • Driving performance management of Channel partners

  • Contributes to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies. Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends

  • Maintain technical knowledge in the field of primary healthcare; remaining current with changes in the field, innovative models to serve the needs of customers

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Min 7-10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development preferably in the Health Care Industry

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Nursing

  • Direct Sales experience relevant to the Healthcare industry (experience with Patient Monitors, Defibrillators/AEDs, ECGs is preferred but not required)

  • Professional sales training

  • Strength of relationships with local Healthcare providers and partners

  • Excellent knowledge of the market scenario, customers and competitors

  • Strong leadership competencies

  • Entrepreneurial drive for growth

  • Excellent people management skills

  • Technical knowledge and ability to hit the ground running

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Have good knowledge with online experiences and distributor management
