Join Philips Health System team while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast paced and multinational environment of Philips Taiwan. Works as a key account solutions sales on problems of diverse scope where analysis of sales/business development data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
You are responsible for
Lead integrated solution selling process, in order to achieve annual solution OIT, solution sales target, with deep insights of the market and capable to provide strategic and customized solution proposals to meet the needs of clients.
Configure and facilitate the implementation and support of Philips product which including cardio-vascular/oncology/radiology/etc. Provide solution to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Develop and evaluate solution selling plans and criteria, able to works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas.
Provides direction, leadership and teamwork for solution development. Able to lead multi-disciplinary change projects in sales/business development and managing a team.
Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need.
Provide detailed knowledge of solution best practices, train and develop regional sales in the field of solution.
Partner with Commercial/SMM/BMM/SBS in solution business All-In-One implementations, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on solution products to clients.
Acts as key contact person, liaison with client for troubleshooting which cover investigate, analyze, and solve solution problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives.
You are a part of
Key talent of Health System sales team aims to deliver qualified service to customers in order to fulfill the business needs and Company standard. You will base in Taiwan office and direct report to Taiwan Country Head.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor Degree or above major in Information Systems Technology, Software Engineering and Computer Science or related field
Minimum 5 years working experience in Solutions Sales or Business Development, from medical healthcare industry is definite advantage
Excellent business sense with sales-oriented approach and project management skills
Excellent communication skills and able to interacts with functional peer groups and maintain good relationship with external parties
Good command of English and Mandarin
