In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for

  • Rollout and execution of processes in line with rewards policies, practices and processes in Philips

  • Support, guide and provide subject matter expertise to HR managers, line managers in the countries and recruiters with rewards matters, grading and job evaluations, salary, and benefits policies, international mobility practices, etc.

  • Ensures that reward plans for each employee are in line with established rewards policies and local legislation requirements

  • Contributes to the design of global rewards policies, processes, and tools, by collecting and analyzing results from global and local benchmarking partners and collecting business requirements and market developments

  • Effectively communicate, negotiate, persuade and lead the senior management in any situations to realize the best practices and policies for the company and the employees

  • You will be required to study and learn how the health insurance association works, its operation and management

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, ideally in a related field

  • Has 1-5 years of working experience in the area of HR

  • Logical and flexible mindset with strong numerical skills

  • Fluent in Japanese and English both speaking and writing

  • Proficiency in Office applications, broad knowledge on web applications in general

  • Superior interpersonal skill

【試用期間】試用期間あり(原則として入社日より6ヶ月)

【就業場所】品川オフィス(東京都港区港南2-13-37 フィリップスビル)

【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間: 原則として12:00~13:00

【休日】毎週土(所定休日)/日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日~1月4日)

深夜勤務手当、休日深夜勤務手当は支給あり

【給与】月給 44万円~73万円 (30時間相当の固定時間外勤務手当を含む)*ただし、ご経験等を考慮の上決定

【賞与】インセンティブターゲット

※インセンティブのターゲットは15%、年1回(毎年3月)支給。ただし、会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動して支給されます。

※年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり
