In this role, you have the opportunity to
Become a Quality & Regulatory (Q&R) subject matter expert within a dynamic project team with the aim to build the new Global and standardized way of managing the end to end Customer Service between Philips healthcare and its B2B customers.
You are responsible for
Supporting Business Process Expert in making sure the end to end processes are compliant with global quality and regulation.
Managing processes and work instruction documentation supporting the projects.
Generating Quality and Regulatory assessments
Supporting local team during and after projects release.
Adopting lean methodology to improve internal processes and project deliverables.
Cultivating dynamic relationships with project team and local market team.
You are a part of
The Service and Solution Delivery Q&R team, where a professional but fun workplace atmosphere is valued and a diverse multi-functional team will greet you. You will report to the Lead Q&R Manager and collaborate with many other teams who are based globally. These include a Business Process Experts, other Subject Matter Expert (IT, Finance, Training, communication, Q&R and Non-Q&R etc…).
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A Bachelor’s degree
Demonstrable experience in Q&R within a highly regulated industry (Preferable in Medical, but aerospace acceptable)
Knowledge and experience in ISO13485:2016, FDA 21CFR820, FDA 21CFR part 11 as well as the new EU MDR.
Evidence of strong project management skills
Fluency in written/spoken English;
An analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to set goals and motivate a multi-functional team to achieve them
