Philips Clinical Application Specialist - Cardiology Informatics in United Kingdom - Remote Based, United Kingdom


Location: Candidate can be based in UK or Ireland

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Applications Specialist (Cardiology Informatics) to join our Healthcare business.

As the Clinical Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring successful clinical adoption of Philips solutions and/or responding to customer questions or issues related to cardiology products.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses

  • Develops, manages and executes training plans

  • Delivers on site trainings to clinical staff

  • Serves in a consultative role with the customer throughout the implementation to provide for a smooth, effective and successful implementation of Philips solutions

  • Holds a specialty, or multi-specialty role(s) (such as a specialty in Advanced Visualization software, etc.)

  • May evaluate new products for requirements for service readiness for the clinical applications domain & function

  • May represent clinical applications domain & function during the new product introduction process

  • Analyzes the customer’s existing workflow and facilitates proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensures proper testing of the system and establishes a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer

We are looking for

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Full UK/European driving license

  • Flexibility to travel within UK and worldwide.

  • Previous or current senior role within a cardiology department

  • Knowledge of interventional cardiology with experience of working in a catheter laboratory / operating room

  • Knowledge of non-invasive cardiology

  • Experience of training/teaching

This role is fully remote based and covers the UKI with European and some International travel. The successful candidate must be willing to travel. The location of the successful candidate can be based in Ireland, Northern Ireland or mainland UK.
