Philips Business Marketing Manager Refurbished Systems – NA in United States of America - Home Based, Massachusetts


In this role, you have the opportunity to

Own and shape the End to End Business of Refurbished Systems (RS) in North America (NA)


You are responsible for

  • Refurbished Systems strategy in North America

  • Analyze business opportunities and competitor information

  • Collaborate with global team Product Managers to develop NA Strategy

  • Drive overall execution of development and launch of RS products/solutions in NA as part of a cross functional business team including BG/BIU Management, Sales, Field Marketing, Operations and Finance

  • Accelerating market share growth

  • Managing and driving RS funnel growth and business activity

  • Manage RS Business by working closely with Sales teams / Account manager's and Channel partners in NA

  • Get relevant Sales teams excited about the RS Diamond Select Portfolio

  • Work closely with sales managers to develop & execute retail-specific plans

  • Fully manage the P&L for this category, including OIT, sales, gross margin.

  • Identify and respond to competitors' strategies and products that compete with assigned products.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; MBA preferred with 5 plus years of relevant experience

  • Experience in high tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses

  • Experience in networking and indirect leadership skills

  • Capability to drive sales growth in new and existing markets - ability to identify local opportunities, interact with decision makers

  • Ability to identify opportunities and interact with decision makers on internal and external C-level

  • Demonstrated track record for sales growth and new business development.

  • Positive outlook and ability to turn around and maintain high motivation in marketing and sales force

  • Proven track record in prospecting and selling solutions into new markets
