In this role you have the opportunity to
Drive Modality strategic initiatives in IDN Account(s) resulting in market share growth and best in industry customer experience
While leading the team effort in expanding market share in assigned IDNs
Represent Philips as the modality specialist in assigned accounts
Lead strategy development with Senior Account Executives (SAE)/Account Executives (AE)
Lead by Influence internally /externally
Build relationships at corporate and hospital level
Set clear and measurable directives and expectations with team
Lead strategy execution with field resources
Lead communication with the field team with a focus on:
Modality Direction & Vision
You are a part of a national team, reporting into the Zone Vice President within your geographic district and you will lead a team of 3 Business Development Specialists (BDS’s).
Working effectively with Philips Business Unit, Leadership, Field and SAE/AE to achieve individual and shared goals across the customer base.
Building a strong field team connection by initiate collaboration with internal partners to validate and execute the Account Strategy and deal execution
Collaborating with Senior Account Executives and Business Development Specialist counterparts on clinical service line solutions
Developing internal relationships to drive resolution of customer issues
You are responsible for
Recruiting, hiring, training and managing a team of Business Development Specialists
Setting Clear and measurable directives and expectations with their team
Developing strategy with the Account Executive (AE) in assigned accounts for defined modality/business
Executing strategy through field resources for assigned modality/business
Managing and driving funnel growth and business activity around your modality/business
Own Clinical influencer relationships
Drive bundle buys / contract support
Manage Installed base targeted programs
Accelerate market share growth
Drive customer satisfaction for modality / business
Consistency in field engagement
Installation consistency and accuracy
Issue management / resolution
Leverage key relationships to support other modalities/businesses
Help develop, manage and drive marketing activities across IDN
Understand and leverage market drivers around reimbursement and revenue opportunities
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in business discipline, required. Master’s degree preferred.
Management experience preferred
Minimum of 8 years of healthcare sales experience required in any of the following:
IGT, Service, MATC, DI, Consulting, US
Previous C-suite sales experience, required
Proven track record in prospecting and selling solutions into new markets
Demonstrated ability to manage complex and consultative sales engagements
Strong knowledge of consultative selling methodology and understanding of sales process and use of sales automation tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Skilled at orchestrating sales processes and quarterbacking a sales team.
Ability to quickly demonstrate expertise and establish credibility with key decision makers
