Philips Field Clinical Application Specialist 3 in United States of America - Home Based, Massachusetts

In this role, you have the opportunity to

provide Philips Disease Management Solution (DMS), especially UroNav , product training and education to customers on our DMS product base using curriculum and assessment processes based on the sales order configuration.

You are responsible for

  • Developing and administering training plans to fulfill our obligations to ensure customer competency and high NPS on our MRI, DynaCAD, UroNav and Lung Cancer Solution (LCS) software products.

  • Driving revenue through execution of on-site delivery targets.

  • Providing consultative support to customers, driving customer productivity by providing onsite and remote training support

  • Ability to demonstrate product expertise during clinical training and customer support

  • Working in a fast-paced environment providing Clinical Support on our DMS product line

  • Supporting new product implementations (NPIs) by working with Sales and Marketing teams, including cross training colleagues on NPI products via team meetings, remote/onsite shadowing, peer to peer training

  • Completing all administrative tasks and paper work per Philips’ policy and produce will written comprehensive trip reports (trip reports, expense reports, RTU, weekly schedules)

  • Working effectively using proactive communication with internal team- Field Service Specialists, Customer Service Center, Sales Representatives, Clinical Specialists, Customers, in-house Quality Assurance, R&D, and Manufacturing personnel to enhance Customer experience.

You are a part of

Our National Clinical Applications team that is responsible for providing hands-on and didactic training at customer sites and remotely to physicians and technologists.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Minimum of BS/BA or Associates Degree in Radiology preferred

  • Certification in MRI, CT, or Ultrasound Modalities; Imaging experience and familiarity with digital imaging workstations

  • Willingness to travel extensively- 100%.

  • 10 + years clinical experience with MR/CT or Ultrasound. Familiarity with image generation and data analysis tools required.

  • Must have valid driver’s license and willingness to fly.

  • Valid Passport and ability to travel internationally when required

  • You need to be comfortable in a physician and clinical/patient care environment.

  • Ability to operate a PC with Windows software.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic business/clinical environments

  • Strong interpersonal, customer and management skills; ability to work in high-pressure environments

  • Software, data, and hardware/software system troubleshooting experience

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, professional disposition and demeanor

  • Makes presentations and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence

  • Experience in facilitating adult learning

  • Ability to stand on your feet for extended lengths of time
