Lead the North America Sleep & Respiratory Care – Corporate Accounts marketing team. NA SRC is one of the fastest growing businesses in North America and one of the key segments and opportunities for our growth is the National Accounts, with the consolidation in the industry, this segment will only grow in the coming two years, so we need to grow this customer segment.

In true – Customer First! Approach we really need to create a team that understands the details of these customers inside and out to create the right marketing programs to drive demand generation.

The Marketing Director (Corporate Accounts) will lead this team and support the entire spectrum of the businesses of Sleep Therapy, Patient Interface, Home Ventilation, Oxygen Therapy, Respiratory Drug Delivery. Driving growth at the National Accounts is one of the Top 5 priorities for NA SRC 2019

You are responsible for

Responsible for marketing activities for the key accounts –

  • Drive demand generation at the specific accounts by creating the right pull driven programs

  • Business Case and financial models

  • Pricing (Price setting) and margin optimization

  • Channel Strategy

  • Customer and Market Insights: Analyze the market, the competition, and trends to drive growth at the these accounts

  • Setting up and executing roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in these accounts

Develop and maintain needs-based customer segmentation requirements.

  • Focused on Key Accts and third-party resupply/fulfillment partners

  • Objective in a nutshell: drive Philips share and entanglement through programs

  • Gathering deep knowledge of customers’ operating models and developing and delivering programs (at least two of material impact in 2019), including a digital execution

  • Translate in-depth market and customer insights, as well as competitive analyses into winning solution specification and new business models together for short term wins and long term business transformation with each of the Corporate accounts

  • Set clear KPIs, analyze actual performance & optimize frequently

Customer-facing brand activities with Corporate Account team:

  • Work closely with Key account Managers & leadership to develop & execute specific plans

You are a part of

The North America Sleep and Respiratory Care business and part of the NA SRC Marketing Leadership team and directly report to the Head of Marketing, NA SRC. You will be in a leading role to drive this change, working across the end-to-end value chain. The role offers an attractive balance of strategic thinking and hands-on activity, allowing you to own and shape these large categories

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Preferred

  • 10+ years of industry experience, clear understanding of the Home Healthcare or DME industry space will be huge advantage

  • Strong understanding of managing / working with National Accounts in roles of Key Account Manager / Sales Operations / Pricing Strategy will be advantage

  • Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA preferred

  • Experience as an integrator in a highly dynamic market and /or matrix organization

  • Experience to work in a business with complex market/channel structures

  • Laser focused on customer expectations and needs

  • Drive to take initiative and ownership

  • Curiosity to continually learn and optimize

  • Creativity and entrepreneurship, unwilling to accept status quo

  • Self-starter, adaptable, resourceful, and always willing to take on more
