Your Challenge

Responsible for developing and maintaining key KOL relationships in the North American (NAM) market to drive adoption and market share of Philips CT and broader DI portfolios value propositions and differentiators for NAM. Creates and maintains key national show sites and references for new Computed Tomography (CT) and Advance Molecular Imaging (AMI) product introductions and multi-modality Philips Diagnostic Imaging (DI) sites. Manages marketing and is responsible for midterm product portfolio activation in the NAM Market and expanded development of proof points post product launch within the NAM market. Translates the long term business plan into the midterm (scope> 3 years) product roadmap and product specifications for an innovative complete product range with significantly new functionality and technologies. Contributes to the definition of the midterm business strategy within the processes and procedures and Philips Brand requirements.

You are responsible for:

  • Responsible to develop and execute the Go To Market approach for CT and DI portfolio of products, solutions, services in alignment with the Markets’ Business and overall Marketing strategy in collaboration with the segment marketing managers.

  • Works with the CT/AMI global Business to ensure perfect and flawless New Product Introductions and Launches

  • Supports the Business Marketing Leader (BML) in the interactions with the global Business, , especially for key performance metrics, key enablers for success, forecasts, and strategic initiatives

  • Supports and coaches the Modality Sales and Clinical teams in the Market as a one point contact to the Business and ensures Marketing strategy and plans are aligned and implemented into the KOL relationships and National Show/Reference sites.

  • Portfolio of products, solutions and services is large and complex for CT/AMI and DI.

  • Works with the NAM Central Marketing and Cluster Marketing teams to activate successful campaigns that generate qualified leads, expand share of wallet and retain customers based on knowledge of KOL and National Show/reference sites

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining key KOL relationships in the NAM market to drive adoption and market share of Philips CT and broader DI portfolios value propositions and differentiators for NAM

  • Creates and maintains key national show sites and references for new CT/AMI product introductions and multi-modality Philips DI sites from contract negotiation through execution, report out, and payment/in-kind transfer; as well as, maintains this for the current portfolio of products

  • Responsible for the North American CT/AMI market. The NA CT/AMI market is over $1.3Billion market across all segments. KAR’s

  • Know the Audience, Market, and Customer Insights

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy & Planning in relation to KOL relationships and NAM National/reference sites

  • Build the Engagement & Demand Generation Strategy with CT and multi-modality National show sites and key thought leaders pre and post-NPI for CT/AMI and DI product portfolios.

  • Manage the Portfolio - NPI Planning, Market Inputs to BU Product Roadmap, and Perfect NPI Execution through NAM National Show Sites and KOL relationships

  • Own the Product Performance Analytics & Driving Interventions to improve Win Rate / Visibility

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Has over 15 years of experience in a diagnostic imaging clinically, technically, and/or marketing and product roles with progressive responsibility

  • Has a college degree; Masters or PhD preferred. Knowledge of diagnostic imaging, computed tomography and/or clinical background required.

  • Has a broad knowledge of products and services within the scope

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Marketing processes

  • Capable of leading a cooperative effort among members of multifunctional teams

  • Strong experience in marketing technology, in consumer / healthcare domains, including creating customized value propositions/collaborations to customers

  • Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements

  • Experience as an integrator in a dynamic market and /or matrix organization

  • Experience with cross functional teams and leading as direct or indirect manager and/or expert

  • Experience to work in a business with complex market/channel structures

  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company.

  • Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people.

  • Can recommend and implement changes to methods, processes and procedures

  • Ability to form relationships with Key opinion leaders to drive IVP proof-points.

  • Experience and knowledge to work with clinical, technical and administrative staff, scientists, and physicians to produce, optimize, and drive customer experience in National CT/AMI and DI multi-modality show-sites in North America.

  • Works with customers and collaborations team within Philips NA to determine and develop scopes of work with key customers and national show sites as they pertain to CT/AMI IVP proof points for new and existing products in the portfolio; as well as, accessory equipment50% travel required; Remote role In return, we offer you
