The Marketing Operations Manager leads the marketing planning, program discipline and program execution efforts in the cluster. The role facilitates the Cluster’s annual planning processes, ensures coordination of the marketing plans for the Cluster and Businesses with the overall Health Systems Marketing Planning, and facilitates the discussion between the Business Development Managers in the Businesses and the BM&S in the Markets around BMC. You are responsible to drive the implementation and adherence to the marketing processes across the cluster together with the Head of Marketing Operations in Health Systems Marketing and incorporates marketing related measurements. Together with the Engagement Strategy and Content Creation Manager the Marketing Operations Manager supports the execution of the marketing programs like Campaigns, including the coordination of asset creation.
You are responsible for
Marketing Execution
Coordinates the global activation efforts of Campaigns in close collaboration with the Markets and the D2B team
Drive catalog management, strategic pricing, coordinating of launch and NPIs, and integrated training for the cluster
Marketing Excellence & Performance
Responsible for driving the implementation of and adherence to marketing processes throughout the cluster
Supports the Head of Marketing to ensure ways of working and operations are efficient and measured, leveraging specific marketing performance data
Ensures that marketing measurement drives performance review of key functions, campaigns, events and other marketing activities
Collaborates with Head of Marketing to plan, support and help to achieve goals of the Cluster’s marketing strategy
Drive catalog, pricing, NPI, and training excellence across the cluster
Marketing Planning
Responsible for the annual marketing program planning process at Cluster Level and supporting the Portfolio Marketing Managers and the Business Development Managers in their planning processes (e.g. SPOR, AOP, BMC)
Responsible for strategic marketing planning processes and governance in the Cluster across Businesses and Categories
Keeps an overview of the Cluster’s marketing budget according to the guidance of the Head of Marketing

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's degree preferably in the area of Business/Commerce; Masters preferred
10+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in leading Marketing in complex organizations and/or experience in managing the commercial function in a large, complex organization.
Experience in change management, as it relates to the culture and mind set of a complex organization, including capabilities building, process design, ownership and implementation
Proven track record as (senior) leader in a large global matrix organization with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Certified LEAN a plus
Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, cross business, and cross function
Bringing people together and aligning them around common goals; leverages the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports
Experience in integrated market planning
Champion growth of marketers across the organization
Customer intimacy: driven by a strong external focus.
Problem solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues. Drives continuous improvement via Lean.
