This position offers you the opportunity to play a vital role in increasing market penetration in North America and contribute to the overall growth of our Performance Solutions business. As the Performance Solutions Sales Director, you will be working strategically at the C-Level and working cross-functionally with the broader Philips sales team to develop and implement integrated solutions across the Performance Bridge portfolio.

You are responsible for

  • Work as a Sales/Business Development specialist on the development of the Performance Solutions portfolio within your territory. Distinctive in this role is a high degree of original, creative thinking needed to tailor the solution to the specific needs of the customer.

  • Entrepreneurial approach for Market Development utilizing both the current portfolio of solutions as well as identifying new functionality for product development consideration

  • Leverage multiple Philips Sales Channels to identify and drive opportunity closure

  • Solidify Philips’ role as a Trusted Advisor at the C-Level by providing market insights, industry trends, and competitive analysis within the operational efficiency and workflow optimization space

  • Combine abstract ideas at a high conceptual level and generate specific strategies that resonate with the customer’s short and long-term quality improvement goals

  • Direct engagement at multiple levels and multiple departments within the Hospital System (Radiology, Cardiology, multi-ology, IT, Purchasing, etc)

  • Growth of your Account funnel, forecast accuracy, and AOP performance

You are a part of

The Performance Solutions team that delivers solutions aimed to enhance the patient and clinician experience across the continuum of care. We provide clinical and operational tools and services that provides the intelligence to make data contextual and meaningful. This leads to confident decision-making and treatment planning while driving continual performance improvement across the imaging chain.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Four-year university degree is required; Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration is preferred

  • 7+ years of healthcare sales, consulting, or healthcare provider experience; direct experience with Healthcare Informatics solutions is desirable

  • Experience implementing quality improvement initiatives in the healthcare industry including workflow change management and capital equipment planning

  • Ability to create comprehensive customer profiles and effective customer acquisition and retention strategy

  • Experience with driving large, complex, multi-solution deals with IDNs and large healthcare systems and direct negotiation experience at the C-Level
