In this role, you have the opportunity to:
As the Healthcare IT Enterprise Imaging (EI) Clinical Specialist strives to understand customer needs and provides an in depth demonstration of Philips HIT EI offerings. Assists sales executives and account managers in sales process. Ensures that communications and demonstrations to customers are highly engaging, energetic, professional and accurately.
You are responsible for :
Assists in requested RFP responses. Leveraging the understanding of clinical workflow and knowledge of Philips products, constructs answers to RFP questions in an accurate manner that positions Philips to succeed.
Provide customer evaluations. Creating relationships and using sales skills, conducts interviews in a manner that uncovers a deep understanding of customer workflow, needs and goals to favorably position Philips solutions in a demonstration.
Leads clinical discussion/demonstration with customer. Applying expert clinical experience and superb sales skills, creates a unique experience for the customer by telling a compelling story to positioning Philips products in a manner that fits the customers’ needs in an energizing and positive manner.
Assists in sales presentations. As the clinical expert, assists and or conducts customer presentations in a professional and engaging manner
Clinical documentation. Ensures that all workflow, pre demo, demo and post demo clinical information is documented in detail and shared with the organization.
Actively works to improve self-clinical knowledgebase by reading journals, articles, attending classes etc. and shares with team members.
Training. Assists with training of sales force with clinical applications. Assists with customer training for pilots or go lives.
Product Knowledge. Keeps current with product functionality by proactively reviewing customer release notes and demo scripts and creates understanding of how functionality plays a role in the industry.
You are part of a team and will work closely with Sales, Technical Sales support and the Clinical Sales Support.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :
Strong Communication Skills
Strong leadership Skills
Understanding of sales principles
Travel 75% within in 48 States
5+ years in clinical environment preferred
3+ years multi slice modality experience, 3D lab experience preferred
May be required to roll large equipment up to 100 lbs.
In depth knowledge of ancillary radiology workflow
Knowledge in Philips Radiology PACS Application preferred
Strong understanding of industry trends
