In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Join the highly successful Cardiovascular Ultrasound sales team at Philips. Philips has the #1 market share in the premium and high-end segments of the business, and the Philips Ultrasound service organization has been rated #1 in the industry the past 23 year in a row. Selling Philips Cardiovascular Ultrasound is fast-paced, highly competitive, demanding, and rewarding.
You are responsible for:
Selling Philips Cardiovascular ultrasound systems and solutions to hospitals and private practices.
Achieving quota/AOP on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Achieving forecast accuracy of plus or minus 5% on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Developing a strategic sales/business plan for the territory
Designing a tailored account strategy for each account that includes a value proposition for each customer
Discovering and Qualifying customer opportunities
Coordinating with your counterparts from other modalities to ensure One Philips approach to the customer within your assigned territory
Facilitating the resolution of customer issues by following the escalation process
Working within assigned expense guidelines
Maintaining overall relationship between Philips and all appropriate contacts at specific accounts.
Maintaining company vehicles
Managing assigned demo inventory

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
4-year college degree
5+ year track record in the sale of medical capital equipment with documented high performance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive, and demanding environment
Ability to grow installed-base accounts and convert accounts that have the competitors’ equipment
Ability to sell equipment, service contracts, and associated solutions
Ability to think critically and strategically
High personal character
A documented history of improving your sales skills
Ability to work effectively with Clinical Application Specialists, Field Service Engineers, Strategic Account Executives, and other counterparts
Ability to travel up to 40%
