Sales Analytics Leader – Center of Excellence

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Works with leadership to ensure stakeholder inputs are integrated into the roadmap and implemented cross-functionally. The analytics leader aligns stakeholders, users and tools to maximize business impact but minimizes waste in the system. Understands the competitive landscape on how analytics are used to become a competitive differentiator and leverages both internal and external resources and partners to increase the organizations maturity in the use of analytics and AI. Ensures that our operating mechanism is supported with seamless, easy to use and relevant analytics.

You are responsible for the following:

  • Works with Sales, Sales Operations and Marketing who are responsible for tool implementation, collection, analysis and reporting of the sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity.

  • Develops and deploys key performance indicators, and evaluates performance based on the sales quotas, while taking into consideration current economic conditions.

  • Help derive key strategic insights from the myriad data type

  • Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, sales productivity and goal attainment.

  • Maintains and enhances salesforce automation systems, product/service costing models and approval systems, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.

  • Drives continuous improvements applying LEAN

  • Behavioral: Daily demonstration of the highest level of Philips Leadership competencies and behaviors.

  • Leading team of analysts, provides directions, sets expectations, provides coaching and development in role.

You are a part of:

Is a core member of the Sales and Solutions Center of Excellence. Develops, harmonizes and optimizes Sales Excellence analytics and roadmap based on the need for the North America Market and also in alignment with global standards (Philips Business System) to ensure sales effectiveness, timely high impact insights, and sales planning and execution

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience demonstrating a propensity for analysis, working with numbers, and ability to take on increased responsibility in a dynamic, fast paced environment with limited direction.

  • Demonstrated capability to synthesize data, understand business dynamics and think globally and strategically. Solid analytical skills with the ability to think methodically, reason, embrace concepts, formulate insights, and present compelling cases for action and/or arguments.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization; effectively communicate complex matters in simply understood terms.

  • Ability to visually present and communicate data and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Comfortable and able to thrive in a matrixed organization

  • A detailed minded individual who consistently delivers quality work.

  • Desire to learn and apply new skills and knowledge in changing conditions.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Understanding of various data management and reporting tools

  • Program Management certifications (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
