Be a part of the Philips EMS team. The Emergency Care & Resuscitation (ECR) offers a full range of cardiac resuscitation devices and complimentary products - from easy-to-use Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) used in the home and throughout communities, to advanced multifunction monitor/defibrillators used for Advanced Life Support (ALS) applications for EMS/Fire and healthcare professionals. This team supports defibrillation products and their users with solutions, accessories and programs enabling a broad group of care-providers to save a life anywhere at any time. This position is home-based and a candidate can live anywhere within the continental US that supports easy access to major airports.

You are responsible for

The Distributor Program Manager will drive all distribution activities for the Philips EMS/Fire business and serve as an ECR leadership team member. Any candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to do the following:

  • design and implement innovative ideas with real-life examples that have led to increased productivity, sales, customer satisfaction or other measurable output

  • serve as a liaison to ECR Business Unit with responsibility for identifying and surfacing key considerations to optimize the ECR portfolio and the EMS/Fire distribution channel strategy

  • recruit and engage leading sales organizations in the industry to develop the best possible distribution network for our game-changing products

  • organize and govern geographic territories to optimize market penetration and minimize channel conflict amongst partners and our direct teams

  • drive distributor investments in their EMS/Fire sales, clinical and technical teams

  • intimately understand the forecasting process in order to deliver accurate forecasts

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 5-years minimum healthcare sales experience

  • excellent presentation and communication skills

  • adept at building consensus and working in a team environment

  • positive attitude, solution-oriented, resourceful, self-sufficient

  • experience with multi-level selling, negotiation, relationship building

  • time management and organizational skills

  • familiarity with Salesforce.com (CRM) practices

  • excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
