The Long-Term Strategic Partnership (LTSP) Leader in Philips Healthcare Market North America is responsible for managing the development of Large Scale Projects/Managed Services customer proposals, leading the development of solutions and new work products, processes and content to enable the growth of the business and directing the transition activities for new Managed Services customers.

Profile and overview of role:

  • Manages multiple/complex project work streams, analysis of client operations, client management, solution design and implementation, and generation of project deliverables.

  • Subject matter expert for Healthcare Provider clients on Managed Services and part of a collaborative cross-solution project team.

  • Mentors Managed Service Business Managers. Project managers and cross functional teams on the project team and helps them develop by providing necessary direction.

  • Extensive experience utilizing complex analytical tools, operations management, in-depth business acumen and change management experience to manage and lead $50-$300M projects

  • Solid staff management experience including multiple teams and/or geographies. Manages a number of managers

  • Leadership role in sourcing, recruiting and hiring team

  • Leadership role in educating and coaching internal resources around Managed Services business, operating model and functional requirements

The Long-Term Strategic Partnership (LTSP) Leader in Philips Healthcare Market North America is responsible for leading the development of Large Scale Projects/Managed Services customer proposals, leading the development of solutions and new work products, processes and content to enable the growth of the business and directing the transition activities for new Managed Services customers.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • Runs multiple/complex project work streams, analysis of client operations, client management, solution design and implementation, and generation of project deliverables.

  • Subject matter authority for Healthcare Provider clients on Managed Services and part of a reciprocal cross-solution project team.

  • Mentors Managed Service Business Managers. Project managers and cross-functional teams on the project team and helps them develop by providing necessary direction.

  • Extensive experience utilizing complex analytical tools, operations management, in-depth business insight and change management experience to handle and lead $50-$300M projects

  • Confirmed staff management experience including multiple teams and/or geographies. Leads a number of managers

  • Lead sourcing, recruiting and hiring team

  • Lead in educating and mentoring internal resources around Managed Services business, operating model and functional requirements

  • Develop and direct the Managed Services Solutions team

  • Proposal development and contracting activities for each Managed Services opportunity

  • Running the transition planning and implementation process of accounts to Client Program Directors and operations teams

  • Building and documenting processes, team capabilities and templates to support the customer engagement process

  • Expansion of the Managed Services portfolio for Development of modality or market specific offerings

  • Run contract delivery team and contract expansion

  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting project status and activities for Managed Services opportunities in proposal development, contracting and transition stage

  • Collaborates with the Sales teams in the market to support early engagement of customers in qualification of opportunities and account development activities

  • Supports marketing, training and communications activities and content development

YOU ARE A PART OF:

Reporting into the Health System Solutions Leader for North America, you are in direct management of the National Large-Scale Strategic Partnerships (LTSP) & Managed Services team.

To succeed you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Drive for results

  • 15+ years experience in customer account management with shown experience in working with senior healthcare executives and clinical leaders

  • Knowledge of medical device technology, clinical deliver models and health management

  • Experience in marketing, strategy or early-state business management

  • Lead a diverse, cross-functional team and individuals that include both Philips and client employees

  • Strong project management skills and validated ability to lead individuals and teams through change.

  • Ability to guide performance improvement initiatives including process redesign activities

  • Knowledge of financial and accounting mechanisms, preferably with direct experience in systems currently used by Philips

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate on operational and financial performance

  • Validated experience and ability working in matrix organizations

  • Impeccable oral and verbal communications and presentation skills

  • Business or clinical degree, with advanced degree preferred
