Sales Solutions Specialist- TOMTEC (Midwest/West/South)
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be an integral part of this dynamic team as a Sales Solutions Specialist for TOMTEC. This position offers you the opportunity to play a vital role in increasing market penetration and to the overall growth of our business!
You are responsible for
Focus exclusively on positioning and promoting TOMTEC IT solutions via Philips US sales organization
Support Philips Ultrasound Sales team in positioning, offering, quoting and selling TOMTEC products and drive solution sales
Support the rollout of new TOMTEC products and IT solutions to Philips markets and Philips sales organization (events like NPI, Mega Meeting, …)
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plan (both short and long term)
Uncover new business opportunities
Manage site assessment and quotation process
Achieve revenue targets
Develop and maintain strong relationship with Philips US organization
Work with Philips US sales team to jointly generate leads and position TOMTEC IT solutions in Ultrasound customer deals
Represent TOMTEC at congresses, workshops and during customer demos if needed at Philips booth or Philips events
Know competitive product landscape
Collect customer feedback and product needs and funnel back to TOMTEC product management
Build up and maintain strong personal and business relationships with customers, key-opinion-leaders as well as Sales Representatives of TOMTEC
Coordinate and conduct Sales and Product trainings for Sales Representatives of Philips
You are a part of
TOMTEC Corp, a Philips company, is a leading provider of intelligent image analysis software, especially for diagnostic ultrasound. TOMTEC’s products and services support clinicians to increase efficiency and diagnostic quality through automated and reproducible measurements.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master of Science, MBA, Bachelor degree, Medical Education desired
Experience in HealthCare IT, Cardiology or relevant clinical area
Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), Echocardiography Technologist, RVT a plus
In-depth knowledge of Cardiovascular Ultrasound environment preferred
Experience in medical device sales
Technical and clinical knowledge about the products
Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
High availability, fast response times
