Senior Business Director – Image Guided Therapy (National)

As the IGT-Fixed Systems Sales Leader, you will take ownership of setting the strategy and subsequent execution of driving overall cross-functional IGT Fixed System Solutions across the entire NA market. You will collaborate with existing and prospective Philips healthcare customers to co-create innovative new solutions and close large-scale deals. You will help position Philips as the partner of choice to solve critical challenges faced in today’s dynamic and ever-changing healthcare market.
You are responsible for the following:
The IGT Fixed System Sales Leader will lead all go to market activities, business planning, and strategic downstream activities for this space. This includes both sales, system implementation, and leading existing installed base customers. The focus is on obtaining OIT, Revenue and margin objectives. You will closely collaborate with various Philips Business functions, and NA commercial leaders to cultivate sales of integrated solutions and large-scale projects. It is critical that you spend considerable time in the market with critical customers, key opinion leaders, and potential partners.
Driving the achievement of AOP objectives for OIT, Revenue, CSG, market share, and margin
Define and Manage Selex budget
Responsible for organization readiness
Craft innovative solutions, collaborating with Business Groups, Commercial Sales organization and Customers
Execute Business Plans for specific solution space in the NA market (including for NPIs)
Support the Definition, creation and keep up-to-date all solutions space communications within the market
Define the identity and point of view for Philips Solutions based on customer insights
Develop Philips positioning solutions, drive Philips brand preference and NPS for specified solutions space.
Define strategy and goals of the commercial unit as a member of the Solutions Management Team, so that business processes can be defined, developed and aligned to maximize performance.
Lead 4 District Sales leaders and indirectly manage a team of 31 modality specialists, across NA (USA and Canada).
Actively drive performance, talent management, daily management, problem solving for the overall organization, with approximate annual OIT and revenue responsibilities of $500M and $450M respectively.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master’s degree with 10+ years of professional experience; Consulting, product management/strategy/product marketing either in the healthcare information system or medical device space, including experience working in a regulated environment is highly preferred.
Extensive experience in negotiating and deal closing with customers and third-party organizations, as well as management and influence of senior level leaders (internally and externally).
Ability to work in a hands-on environment with many different disciplines both inside and outside of the company.
A commensurate problem solver with a high sense of responsibility to deliver impactful results, often through influence and highly effective collaboration.
Experience driving impact for and with customers, either through consulting, customer success, research or a highly agile product marketing or product management background.
Firsthand strategic and operating experience and a proven capability to wear many hats and the capacity to drive numerous complex projects forward simultaneously.
Strong track record of senior relationship management including frequent and longitudinal engagement with executives and/or major customers.
Robust knowledge of clinical workflows on a departmental and clinical level strongly preferred.
Experience working across organizational boundaries, and in a global organization across various cultures and departments.
Attention to detail and strong eye for quality.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Salesforce.com
