In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support the Solutions Architecture Team within Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI), in crafting unique solutions for our customers.
You are responsible for
Engaging with customers to help define the current state of the Philips systems installed at the site.
Running scripts remotely on customer systems to determine current state, configuration and usage.
Creating statement of work (SOW) documents for standard Office Based Lab and Service Maintenance Agreement projects.
Creating network diagrams of customer systems using a Visio plug-in.
Following defined processes and providing input for continuous improvement utilizing the Lean Methodology.
Support the EDI Solutions Architect Team in pre-sales and customer facing activities such as documentation and presentation development.
Supporting the EDI Solutions Architect Leadership team in the management of metrics and Daily Management.
Provide first line of support to the Cardiology and Radiology Sales Specialists.

You will be reporting to the Director of Solution Architecture
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degree (REQUIRED)
Minimum 3 years relevant experience within Healthcare
Experience running scripts within a database (SQL preferred)
Strong working knowledge of MS Applications including Excel, Visio, SharePoint, etc.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
