In this role you will

  • Maintain and improve the development environment as developers need to evolve.

  • Develop tools and processes to improve and automate developer workflows.

  • Take an active role in the release process by working closely with release and configuration managers

  • Coordinate with IT on developer infrastructure maintenance and improvement.

  • Be responsible for tool documentation, validation, and other regulatory needs required for medical software development.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or comparable education

  • Software development skills in at least one object-oriented (Java, C++) and one scripting language

  • Profound knowledge of Windows and preferably Linux operating systems

  • Good English language skills

  • Experience with build systems (Gradle, MSBuild, CMake, Bazel), build scripting and build/test automation at a large scale

  • Familiar with development tools for continuous integration, automated testing, performance analysis, static code analysis

  • Problem solving and debugging skills across technology-stack boundaries

  • You value automating manual tasks and have the necessary programming and automation skills In return, we offer you
