In this role, you have the opportunity to
Provide transactional and administrative services related to in scope processes (e.g. personnel & payroll data, benefits administration, talent administration) including mass transaction updates.
You are responsible for
Receives and reviews all personnel change requests. Clarifies and solves inconsistencies.
Analyzes, prepares, and performs accurate and timely input of job and personal data into the HRIS/payroll database.
Complies with all audit requirements in terms of supporting documentation and accuracy.
Executes quality related controls with regard to data accuracy.
Function as Subject Matter Expert regarding all aspects of data processing and communicate directly with employees and managers on all types of data and payroll tier 2 issues.
Provide Contact Center call management system (CMS) support to handle employee inquiries regarding personnel records.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Problem solving capabilities for issues that arise
Ability to create, run, and analyze basic & complex reports
System expert in Workday / ADP GV and relevant downstream systems
Solid knowledge of Brazilian legal requirements for main processes
Fluent in Portuguese and English
