Philips Senior Product Development Analyst (Varginha/MG) in Varginha, Brazil


In this role, you have the opportunity to

Act developing and designing relevant electronic solutions, contributing in complex development projects and improvements of Medical Devices.

You are responsible for

  • Can analyze and evaluate present or proposed components, procedures or problems to help define project feasibility, cost and required time;

  • Contribute to development, fix or improvement of an electronic components. Also formulating plans outlining steps necessary to do so;

  • Contribute to plan and execute tests that can be used as verification or validation;

  • Can write and maintain technical documentation related to a project, product or component;

  • Can research new technologies, systems or features using specialized literature, event attendance and prototype creation to improve our products and decisions;

  • Select among authorized procedures and seek assistance when guidelines are inadequate, significant deviations are proposed or when unanticipated problems arise;

  • Can provide technical assistance to R&D employees and small team groups, review them, present technical content and be able to follow up their tasks and technical activities.

You are a part of

Research and Development team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Graduated as Engineer (Electrical, Electronic);

  • Experience with electronics development;

  • Experience in complex PCBA design as Multi-layer, BGA, high speed signals, analog, switching regulators, robust design (DfX, EMI);

  • Circuit design, analysis, debug, refinement, optimization;

  • Experience with product development as specification, system design and analysis, PCBA schematic, PCBA layout, simulations, prototyping, testing (EMC and environmental lab.);

  • Design of power supplies, communication (USB, RS485, LVDS), ARM microcontroller circuits, sensors and actuators, interface and use of OEM modules;

  • Creativity for problem solving, analytical ability, flexibility and collaboration, focus on quality and results.

  • Portuguese / English (Advanced / Fluent is mandatory).
