Philips Customer Service Desk Officer in Warszawa, Poland

null In this role, you have the opportunity to

improve people's lives by supporting our Personal Health cluster in taking full ownership for order processing in B2B channel.

You are responsible for

  • Order processing from order receipt until point of delivery to the customer

  • Creating customer sales orders in the SAP system

  • Checking on delivery conditions and completeness of all orders

  • Communicate order confirmation to customers

  • Initiate commercial invoicing confirming the accuracy of the information on the invoices to limit later queries (quantity, price, discounts)

  • Handle complaint / return registration

  • Manage the complaints process

  • Organize and co-ordinate return deliveries

  • Process necessary documentation (credit notes) for returns received

  • Ensure the accuracy of such credit notes

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Natural predisposition for Customers Service, like high interpersonal skills, capability of understanding customers’ needs, emotional balance and mature personality, excellent communication skills

  • Good knowledge of English language

  • Some experience with SAP will be an asset

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

  • Great organization skills
