In this role, you have the opportunity to
take the responsibility to lead the cooperation with our Key Opinion Leaders within our Oral Healthcare, Air and Avent categories.
You are responsible for
Create and lead KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)
Identify and cultivate relationships with up-and-coming FOLs (Future Opinion Leaders)
Conduct needs assessment and build plan for aligned KOLs
Liaise between Global Franchise KOLs Leads and Country Relationship Owners
Lead the strategy – together with Commercial and Medical functions
Collect annual feedback about customers scientific and collaboration needs
Work closely with Dental Professional team to ensure team integration and alignment of the education program
Support the Marketing department in promotional events like congresses and symposia
Attend & support educational program, fellowships, conferences, exhibits, seminars & wet-labs as requested to secure KOL performance and evaluation
You are a part of
Our Personal Health team, reporting directly to Marketing Director. You will cooperate closely with Marketing team responsible Avent, Air & Oral Healthcare as wells PR team.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
5 years of experience on a similar position in healthcare marketing
Professional contacts with healthcare environment
Experience in cooperation with professional organisations and associations such as PTS, PTP, IMiD, CZD
Experience in organizing various educational programs, conferences, seminars and events
Well-developed communication skills
Fluency in English
