In this role, you have the opportunity to
support our Health Systems business unit (medical devices area) in various legal and compliance matters. You will be working under supervision of very experienced Legal Counsel responsible for Poland and Baltic Countries.
You are responsible for
Supporting the business in the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements and advice, under close supervision from senior legal team members;;
Supporting District Legal Counsel HS North as and when needed;
Contract administrator role; maintaining and updating legal template documents and database;
Updating colleagues on relevant legal developments and delivering/arranging appropriate training where required;
Supporting internal governance procedures and coordinating with other legal team members;
Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as may be required;
Areas of law: General commercial contracts; company law; medical device regulations, public procurement law; competition law
You are a part of
country cluster of 19 countries organized in three Districts, you will support Health Systems Business Unit reporting to District Legal Counsel HS North.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
MA degree in Law
Highly diligent, earnest, organized, proactive and solution focused
Flexible attitude with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure and to deadlines
Strong written and oral legal skills (Polish and English) with an ability to communicate effectively with non-lawyers; commitment to working as part of a team
Team player with the ability to establish good relationships with colleagues, senior management and stakeholders
Excellent literacy in English is a must;
Legal counsel/advocate training (applicant) and experience in corporate company is an asset
