Philips Market Intelligence Specialist in Warszawa, Poland

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Contribute in the strategic choices made of sales and business management, regarding product portfolio, distribution channels and key account plans in Poland.

You are responsible for

  • Market reporting and forecasting in the assigned product/business segment in Poland.

  • Reporting proactively market feedback and translates this into quantitative and qualitative short term and midterm trends, relevant for the assigned business.

  • Forecasting market developments in a structured and transparent way.

  • Assisting local marketing and sales management with targeted market research (trend, analysis, etc).

  • Building understanding of market, consumer and customer behavior trends and translating this into up-to-date insights of the market and marketing plans.

  • Analyzing deviations from set targets by benchmarking, price analysis and new developments.

  • Ensuring frequent and efficient reporting and communication.

  • Managing the relation with the external market investigation agencies, in order to guard the data accuracy and to generate the exchange of information.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University degree.

  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in market intelligence/ research area. Fluent in preparing and analyzing consumer researches, mainly segmentation, usage and attitudes studies.

  • Ability to frequent interface with senior stakeholders and other departments like Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales.

  • Experience in managing small projects for multiple clients within own environment.

  • Ability to work with and manage relationships with external agencies.

  • Analytical and highly organized with attention to details.

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Flexible and self-motivated team player.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point).

  • Fluent English.
