Key areas of responsibilities of Marketing Trainee

  • Quarterly update SDA Benchmarks and hit lists and focus segments per category up to date and analyze

  • Quarterly update of activity CL calendar

  • Make new products presentations, support MMs in other presentations if required

  • Support in implementation of marketing activations / promotions

  • Support in CL line chart and pricelist preparation

  • Create / update SDA leaflets, catalogues, brochures, POS etc.

  • Check Polish Translations of global packaging / DFU’s / recipes / etc.

  • Ordering and sending products for various use (agencies, events, retailers, etc.)

The CEE Marketing Team consists of 8 sub-districts, working remotely together on daily bases. Long term strategy built together with HQ in Amsterdam is a prime objective of Regional Marketing Manager and the Assistant being a main interface to the categories and CEE Marketing Managers.

Your responsibilities

  • Gather required information and chooses from different possibilities HOW to best carry out the assignment, adapting known solutions based on experience and basic analysis

  • Provide administrative support to the regional marketing team

  • Work closely with 2 small domestics categories and other required functions

  • Create marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations

  • Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation

  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success

Your ideal profile

  • You are a graduate within Business and Economics, preferably Marketing, Communication

  • You are a pro-active, detail oriented, independent and ambitious person with excellent time management and organizational skills

  • You have excellent Polish and English skills

  • An excellent communicator and team-worker

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and problem solving mindset is a must have

  • You have excellent skills in MS Office

Our Offer

We offer a challenging and interesting fulltime position in a professional team. You are expected to work 40 hours per week and the assignment will start as soon as possible for a minimum period of 12 months. After 12 months, a full-time job might optimally be arranged.
