In this role, you have the opportunity to:
implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the logistic process ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality services.
You are a part of
The team based in Warsaw is responsible for strategic support for the sales team.
You are responsible for
Check the signed quotes or signed customer orders on completeness, correctness and configuration
Book orders in SAP MP1
Check the financial terms (e.g. Letter of Credit deliveries)
Communicate and check delivery times
Make reservations for transportation and production slots in Factory and Purchasing Department
Update delivery/shipment planning and combine shipments from different suppliers
Handle changes in system configurations and short shipments
Control inventories and initiate improvement actions for logistic processes and SAP Focus on Supply Chain Management and shorten 'Order to Cash' lead-time / costs
Follow all relevant business and Q&R policies and procedures and when requested participate in reviews and follow-up actions Team Lead
Improve efficiency/quality of daily operations and identify opportunities for an improvement
Preparing quotes and track the approval process flow
Preparing instruction for invoicing
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Graduate with a Bachelor or Master degree
Fluent English is a must (both verbal and written)
3 years of logistics support sales role experience
Project Management skills/experience required
Working in matrix organization experience preferred
Strong influencing skills; convincing power
Self-driven and pro-active, able to work independently in a virtual environment
Developed analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail
Computer literacy essential and experience in MS office applications
