Philips Senior CRM Specialist in Warszawa, Poland

Develops the digital program strategy to manage user experience throughout the customer decision journey, and ensures integration of relevant digital touchpoints around CRM (social, mailings, personalized display).

Job Description

As CRM Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate communication strategy development (mailings, creatives for DMP, FB custom audience creatives, website personalization) per segment, CDJ phase.

  • Deliver offline and online CRM communication (leaflets, stickers)

  • Monitoring and continues improvement of communication send to consumers

  • Improvement of communication paths with consumers

  • CRM UX user experience flows audit and improvement (registrations etc.)

  • Monitoring campaign results (open rate, CTR, x-sell, up-sell, sales)

  • Organize A/B testing

We are looking for a specialist with the following profile:

Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, IT or related field of study

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing or CX

  • Solid knowledge of Marketing Automation, e-mail solutions (Eloqua preferably)

  • Analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate data interpretation, drawing conclusions and summarizing actionable recommendations

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and globally

  • Project management skills

  • Fluency in Polish

  • Good knowledge of English
