Philips Senior Digital Marketing Manager in Warszawa, Poland

In this role, you have the opportunity to

manage a team responsible for the development and delivery of the overall digital marketing strategy and plan for a portfolio of categories, including full mix online media campaigns and always-on programs within dedicated region /Poland and Baltics/. The core objectives of the role are to create and implement the proper strategy, accelerate the business by driving consumer engagement, leading generation, market positioning, brand awareness, thought-leadership, and overall the performance of the company’s digital marketing channels through. Experience in both digital and ecommerce areas will help benchmarking, planning, KPI-setting and end-to-end execution of B2C digital plans is therefore essential, as it is a proven track record of increasing brand awareness and company revenue through online channels.

You are responsible for

  • Managing a team by planning, executing and optimizing the overall category/brand digital strategy to increase brand awareness, consumer engagement and grow profitable revenue.

  • Working closely with the marketing department to make the best fit digital strategy for the company

  • Developing the strategies and developing the content marketing within the category

  • Planning, implementation and coordination of marketing activities across all channels online

  • Close cooperation with CRM focus on building customer loyalty and activation of new and lost customers

  • Practical knowledge of Performance Marketing and eCRM

  • Creating strategies and objectives for performance marketing channels

  • Cooperation with external partners, houses-mediated, agencies on the implementation of the planned strategies and achieving the intended results, evaluation of the efficiency of the activities of partners

  • Analysis and optimization of the effectiveness of online marketing, optimizing spending on online media by individual channels

  • Ability to influence customer decisions through effective creation and communication online

  • Developed analytical skills, ability to learn and build recommendations

  • Development of strategies and the development of content marketing within the category

  • Planning, implementation and coordination of marketing activities across all channels online

You are a part of

a team of experienced professionals. You will interact closely with Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing departments to understand business objectives and develop assets. You will also be expected to work regularly with digital media & creative agencies to execute & optimize the plans as well as with the corporate brand digital team to enable the overall digital transformation in the business.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or Master Degree.

  • Experience in managing, inspiring and coaching a team.

  • Experience in digital marketing / e-commerce within multinational consumer goods organization, agency or online retailer.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent English and computer literate (Excel; Power Point)

  • Developed analytical skills with outstanding proactive approach.

  • Ability to learn and build recommendations

  • A proven understanding and experience of optimizing ROI from online activities.

  • A natural solution-provider, managing his/her workload in an efficient and structured manner.
