In this role you have the opportunity to
Build and successfully run Media strategy in both traditional and online channels in Poland and CEE region with strong alignment across local and regional Marketing, Digital and PR departments. Use your media management 2.0 skills to create growth for our business and yourself.
You are responsible for:
Building effective 360 campaigns, with proper KPI indications, assessing and optimizing touch points selections based on your expertise and campaigns objectives.
Supporting regional teams in annual negotiations
Teaming up with mainly Digital and Marketing teams to improve media strategy in terms of new tools proposals and implementation
Using fluently different effectiveness tools, teaming up with Market Intelligence team, fact based decision making
Tracking media trends and business opportunities in 3 key countries: Poland, Czech, Romania
Sharing the knowledge with local teams
Ensuring media, category, time harmonization to drive business and brand preference
Being a good and challenging partner in agency cooperation. Setting up the work frame in key countries
You are part of
A team of the passionate professionals across marketing, digital, PR and market intelligence functions. A consumer-obsessed team focusing on improvement of paths of reaching the clients’ needs.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in a marketing environment, few years in media management
You are the innovator with test and learn approach
You are data-focused professional with strong ‘let’s try’ mindset
You have experience in building holistic media strategy in cooperation with both external (agencies) and internal partners
You represent highly develop interpersonal and communication skills
You are eager to challenge status quo in a constructive way.
You are digital savvy
You are fluent in English.
