In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality services.

You are a part of:

The team based in Warsaw is responsible for strategic support for IGT – D sales team.

You are responsible for:

  • Preparing quotations and tenders for the IGT – D sales force.

  • Coordinate Tenders in terms of cross sectors department.

  • Create and maintain a total overview of all tenders.

  • Set priorities and ensures correct and completeness of tenders within required timeframes.

  • Ensure correct and up-to-date quality documentation and coordinate timely alignment on tender-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and prepare quotes in a dedicated tool.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Graduate with a Bachelor or Master degree.

  • 2 years of experience in the field of public procurement law.

  • Tenders experience and expertise.

  • Computer literacy essential and experience in MS office applications.

  • Developed analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail.

  • Self-driven and pro-active, able to work independently in a virtual environment.

  • Very good communication skills and customer attitude.

  • Strong influencing skills; convincing power.

  • Fluent in English.
