In this role, you have the opportunity to
Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.
Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
Assignments and carried out in a professional way according to quality requirements and are finished in time.
You are responsible for
Plan and deliver assigned service to customers with high quality, including CT&MR corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, installation and FCO
Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures; determines most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime
As a skilled worker with a number of coordinating tasks, provide supports in field service process renewal
Prepare and provide kinds of service report on an accurate and timely basis
Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills
Support service sales to explore and develop business opportunities
You are a part of
CS team of Health Systems, Philips China, and report to (Sr.) Manager.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree or above; major in electronics/mechanical etc.
More than one-year technical working experience in healthcare industries or hospitals
Can work under pressure, and being adapt to frequent and long business trip
Self-motivation and self-management
Travel frequency: ≥60%
