As Sales Support Representative for IBERIA, you are responsible for the order to cash process, being the first point of contact of customers and sales in the field. Through your support, you contribute to the growth of the Spanish and Portuguese market. You will operate relatively autonomously within procedures, methods and techniques and complete your work with some degree of supervision.
For our IGT Devices Sales Support Department based in Zaventem, we are currently looking for a Sales Support Representative for IBERIA.
You are responsible for
Managing orders from intake to invoice;
Following up on shipments through DHL websites and other couriers;
Keeping track of open order backlog;
Making sure that delivery or credit block are released to ensure fast delivery;
Processing orders of medical equipment, managing the necessary documentation, seeking for approvals and signatures;
Managing incoming calls and respond fast to customer or sales managers enquiries;
Understanding the need of customers, determining priority and initiating action accordingly;
Initiating escalations to the next level of competencies when required, including identification, registration and follow-up of incidents;
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives following up to ensure resolution;
Organizing returns of goods if necessary and issue credit notes appropriately;
Performing multiple tasks in a high pressure environment.
You are a part of
You will be part of Direct Sales Support Team, a group of 10 colleagues from different nationalities and cultures and you will report into the Team Leader Sales Support Direct Markets of IGT Devices International.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Completed Vocational Education
Business fluency English, Spanish and preferably Portuguese. Fluency in any other European language will be an asset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as high intercultural awareness
Some experience with Sales Support processed in an international market environment would be advantageous
Passionate about driving change and performing while transforming
